About Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH originated at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and was designed to provide immersive vocational training and internship opportunities for young adults with disabilities.

The program focuses on preparing participants for competitive, integrated employment through structured rotations in real workplace environments, supporting long-term career success and workforce readiness.
